By accessing or using https://urbanacademyspace.sbs/ (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services and bookings

We connect users with independent, licensed guides and captains. When you book a trip, you may enter into an agreement directly with a guide or charter operator. We take care to vet partners, but we do not control their operations.

User responsibilities

Payments and cancellations

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Deposits may be required to secure dates. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the trip are fully refundable. Weather or safety cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and photos, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our partners harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
